They saw you coming. You could buy all those for less than that. I was waiting for this, yes I could, but one of the things that I liked was trying new recipes and more importantly you don't end up buying loads of different spices some of which will hardly be used afterwards. And also it seems fun, you okay with that? tbf, we’ve used HelloFresh and Gousto before. They give you all the ingredients, not just the spices, and helped us build our meal repertoire a bit. I was just joshing, good sir.

I just complained to the BBC too.
My weekend starts with Top of the Pops. I can’t help that.

I (generally) like the BBC. I'm not a fan of the licence fee for a number of reasons. Mainly it penalizes poorer people. It is people who are short of cash who end up being prosecuted for non-payment. On top of that it is sexist. 74% of those convicted are women. www.google.com/search?q=TV+licence+prosecution+statistics&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi2vKOe-PHvAhUv_7sIHWLnAewQ1QJ6BAgCEAII can't link directly to the PDF. The info comes from that And it's about 30% of all convictions of women. It just seems crazy to criminalize so many people like that. And offensive to do it in a gendered way. Also the cost of collection is £120m a year. You could save that and loads of court time and costs just by abolishing it. I'd pay for the BBC via general taxation. There's no reason why a long term funding structure couldn't leave the BBC as it is, but stop persecuting poor people for finding it difficult to pay the fee.

Decided to try a subscription from The Spicery , £26 for 3 months, each month they send spices for 2 meals for 2 people, you need to add the fresh ingredients your self. First box: I just restocked all our Spicery spice jars. You won't regret it, there recipes are outstanding.

Lazybones! Get your cancelled pop fix now on Ch5! 'Britain's favourite 80s songs' - tune in now for more sweet pop, pop pickers. (if you can put up with the adverts and 'celebrity' chatter) In the end we watched a documentary on Amazon about the 1960s psychedelic scene in Austin, Texas. We thought it might replicate the two hour music documentary experience you often get on BBC4 after Top of the Pops. It wasn’t the same though. I just liked having Top of the Pops on. Especially the 1990 one they’ve had for the past few months. Great content. Will it be the Happy Mondays? Will it be Betty Boo? It’s both! (maybe...) Even Newsnight’s been done. Where’s the news? Real news - the analysis. It’s not good. Now watching Doomwatch, on Talking Pictures.

This is how it starts - next stop, the Statue of Liberty buried up to its neck in the dirt.

I keep telling Sesame that he needs to be more open, but will he listen? Well, will he? Don't keep us in suspenders here! I'll probably need to wait for another 1,001 night cycles to find out. Speaking of, when I first saw the name "Suspender Outfit" for a clothing item in Animal Crossing I thought it sounded a bit risqué. Turns out it looks like this Did they really have to localise this game in Yank Speak only? " Candy"? Really?
