I went to a pub yesterday. I had a good night. I felt the alcohol made me strong, in body and mind. I'm not just saying that. It did make me feel alive. Can we go inside pubs yet or is it still beer gardens only? I think it's beer gardens only. We were in a beer garden. It was a positive experience.

I'm not going to a beer garden. It's fucking freezing sitting outside. Unless you put on those bastard environment destroying heaters.
I'm going to sit inside and sulk in an alcohol induced haze.

To be honest I'm not usually keen on sitting outside. Give me a dingy grotto any day of the week. Preferably candle-lit.

Sheep2 is correct.
I suspect there has been more of a discussion on here about Hartlepool than at Labour HQ, where no doubt they'll be deep in discussions about a cycle path in Islington, whilst quaffing bubbly, daaaarling.
Their conclusion will no doubt be "thick racists don't know what's good for them". Which may be true, but it won't win them any votes. That Boris is worse, imo, is irrelevant to Hartlepool unless someone tells them why and with a better alternative.
I like Keir, he has the right name for a Labour leader, which is a start.
Tldr, meh, off to double Maths!

I'm booked into a pub next week. Absolutely pumped. Even considering taking a night off drinking the day before to enhance the experience.

Great video BabyF.
Hullo.
I have spent all morning chasing my wallet around the living room. Why? I needed to pay car tax, £340 sobs. It's not like I drive the bloody thing.
The DVLA also gave me some useful advice (after trousering my dough) as to 'Think Electric'. Pfft...

People that used to vote Labour and now vote Tory remind me a bit of Daenerys Targaryen. struggling for survival, overcoming adversity, uniting factions together, protect the weak, free the enslaved, try to bring a fairer way of life to the masses......BURN THE POOR, KILL THE INNOCENT, TAKE THE POWER, ITS ALL EVERYONE ELSES FAULT.
I realise that Labour have a lot of responsibility for losing these people, but there is never an excuse for voting Tory, you might aswell just take your pencil from the voting booth and stab a homeless person in the eye yourself instead of getting the likes of Gove, Patel, Hancock to do it. Or spit in the eye of the nurse that treats your ills.
I'm very disappointed in the support the Tories are getting

Afternoon all,
Excellent summary from Sheep. The important thing (as per the Graun and twitter) is that people keep labelling voters from Hartlepool as both racist and thick (otherwise known as the Brexit Remain strategy).
Extra points if you do so having never been to Hartlepool or tried to understand the local issues and concerns there.

I've not been to Hartlepool. We haven't played there. Plus i am worried that TimTheMonkey might be typical of Hartlepudlians

My lunchtime PUBG games saw me do a solo match on the volcano map. I landed on the outskirts and someone started taking shots at me so I fled town and hid on the edge. Sure enough he was flanking around the edge looking for me and so we had a gentleman's duel which I won but only just. Then the circle was not in my favour and I had to run into a small compound. Only I did not make it as I was gunned down from an upstairs window.
I then tried a squad match. None of the others used a mic and died pretty much straight away but I made it out of that hell hole, speeding away like a hero on a motorbike. I was ultimately gunned down in the top 30.

I'm with sandybahookie on this. Although I do notice his Daenerys Targaryen analogy also works for Blair and Clegg.

Who would you rather be led by? Daenerys Targaryen or Boris Johnson?

Daenerys Targaryen, especially if we were related.

Daenerys Targaryen, especially if we were related. Does this make sir Keir Robb Stark (Good guy badly out of his depth) or Stannis Baratheon (would like to be good guy, badly out of his depth)? I'm asking for me.

Loads of Labour people voting Tory in various parts of Scotland too. Through the looking glass.
But theres something really not right with that. The only conclusion is that they are not Labour people.
Red Tory, Blue Tory is more accurate, they have more in common with each other than either have with the SNP. Both are not in control of their policies in Scotland, Starmer and Johnson have a veto over anything they dont agree with, appoint the Scottish leadership and it all comes across like they are more just like main Labour/Tory in disguise. Get a guy with a Scottish accent up front and the jocks wont tell the difference.
7-0-0 to the SNP at the moment.
