I’m not sure I could even jump from the first floor without breaking something. Purely looking at survival though I think I could manage the third floor and possibly the fourth.
Depends how high the floors are though. If it’s just a thin carpet I reckon I could make it off as many as five of them.

Fortunately, Youtube provides us with a vast and seemingly inexhaustable source of videos featuing young (usually) men (usually) jumping off things, out of things and onto other things. Two floors seems to be the maximum height, after which it stops being funny.*
*Of course, it continues to be be funny, broken limbs notwithstanding.
ps Didn't Omar Litttle in The Wire jump off a third floor balcony? Broke both his ankles I seem to recall
