Morning.
Had 2nd jab yesterday, and feeling sub-par today. Itchy skin and dull ache down left side. Jeans and jumper to keep the chills away. Waiting for the breakfast paracetamol plus to kick in.

TotalWarHammer2Chat.
Started a mortal map campaign and went with Krok Gar. Getting into it though it hasn't immediately got its hooks in.
Battles aren't ecxactly subtle, despite all the units. Early days though so I am most likely doing it wrong. Have expanded south and taken some places. Vamps have turned up on the coast and Skaven are all but done for.

When you level up you want to get Lightning Strike quite quickly, and get the upgrades for your Saurus warriors on the middle (red) track, then focus on getting your general all buff. |

And with vamps, focus on the generals and heroes, once they’re gone the army usually starts crumbling. Literally.

Thanks, hadn't noticed the lightning strike. Went for the blue line which gives 10% extra campaign moves. Been filling up the red options as well. Need to read up on the geomantic web. I have a second army which isn't bad. Cash wise I am doing ok, but I remember how you can go from doing ok financially to bankrupt in a few turns in previous TW games. Got Kroak training and nuking the enemy in battle. Fun so far. |

Started S6 of Lino Duty. It feels like it's running out of steam now.
Also was forced to watch some netflix comedian singing songs about lockdown. Wasn't my cup of tea.
No games.

To balance out the nerd chat I played PUBG. Poorly, I might add, with the exception of one game when I was like bloody Rambo and killed 5 people and we came 2nd. I sprayed them down like I was shroud.
Telly: Parks and Recreation - the main character is campaigning for office, but haven't her campaign got day jobs to do?
Car chat: I took the new car for a spin. It's fine but the roads around here are very tight and I worry what I could do if someone comes bombing down the other way.

True - it's not unknown for me to be feeling dog-rough at my first day back to work after a sunny weekend. This time however I am following the Nice-Lady-With-The-Needle's advice to pop a couple of pills.
