Kid 2 has a bad cough, so we are all self-isolating and have to drive to Chesterfield this morning for a test. This is the 5th one for our family, all the others were in Sheffield but demand here is so high now we are having to go to Chesterfield.
We'll be back in lockdown by August at this rate.
No games.

Morning all,
Yesterday I upgraded my phone.I sat whilst people half my age spoke words at me which I did not understand. Peak awkward was the young store manager who tried to bring me in on the bantz and make me feel trendy.
Pens are easier.

Can you not pick up a pack of free lateral flow tests at the local chemist and do the test at home?

Never talk to young people about tech, research online and then just pick a random phone you can afford.

Sheep may be the big cheese of FF but they know nothing about buying tech.

gaming.uefa.com/en/uefaeuro2020fantasyfootball/league-leaderboard/40292904I have a fantasy football team song We shall not We shall not be mved We shall not We shall not be moved Just like Ciro Immobile We shall not be moved Every team needs a song. I have some thinking to do. I may need to change my captain. Technically this would temporarily put Gongfarmer top. Though only just and he would have played a lot more of his team than I have. I think Belgium will do well against Denmark so it is very tempting to make Lukaku captain. Belgium would be strong favourites anyway, but without Eriksen Denmark are much weaker and I expect they have not done as much detailed tactical work for the game as you'd hope following the incident. It is a risk though. I have not finalised my decision yet. Around the 7 point mark is the hardest to call. It is very possible for a player to do better, but not guaranteed.

oh man ... I am not awake. Someone scheduled in a 'meeting' for 10.30 which is my time for making coffee. I'm barely awake. So muggy last night ... When I finally slept I had this terrible dream. I was ... out in public and was gripped by the need for a tumultuous bowelquake, only there were no private toilets. This dream world I lived in had toilets just ... on the street, and in the end I had to use a toilet, exposed, in the audience of a kind of open air theatre. What was worse was that ... you were no longer permitted to flush toilet paper. It was like on a Greek island, only there were no bins, so you had to fold up the used toilet paper and put it in your pocket for later disposal. Even worse ... Someone who I worked with 15 years ago turned up and saw me and began to have a conversation. Oh man it was a horrible dream. Awful. Terrible...

I have posted time and time again about the dangers of eating Revels late at night. Do any of you listen? No, you do not.

I didn't realise the chemist supplied them, I did order some online which are arriving soon. Anyhoo, the test is done and the new car stinks of vomit because kid 2 barfed. So it's a great day so far.

Shouldn't have given the kid chesterfield cigarettes. No wonder they barfed.

Supermarkets do them as well. Sainsbury has a load. You can get two per person at a time. I think you can get them at any test centre without taking the test there and then. I have not had any.
