I received a letter today from the Student Loan Company stating I should repay all my loan in the next 12 months.
A Babyfark always pays his debts.

I'll add non-payment of student loan to the list of criminal and fraudulent offences.

I just read this article in the Which? Magazine - well-written and even-handed. I've opted out atm. To my mind the two things I really object to are 1) Your data can be shared with the Department of Health and Social Care, and its executive agencies, including Public Health England and other government departments. Why, with what safeguards - MI5? 6 - who undoubtedly can crack the identification coding... And the NHS has a record of being piss poor at protecting data - how long before the Russian and Chinese hack the data and the encoding?2) our data can be shared with research organizations, including universities, charities, clinical research organisations that run clinical trials and pharmaceutical companies. It's my data, if it's shared, I have a right to get some of the cash. Furthermore, I bet BoJo and his Tory cronies plan to sell to sell it.This is a rogues' charter; all of your data being shared without sufficient safeguards; who is monitoring the strength of the encoding algorithm on a technical level.
Which What is the GPDPR scheme.pdf (479.08 KB) The data isn’t completely anonymised but it is pseudonymised. Rhymes with sodomisedThis means any data that could directly identify you, for example your NHS number, GP patient number, full postcode and date of birth, is all replaced with unique codes, which are produced by de-identification software before the data is shared with NHS Digital. This should mean that in most cases, consent from the patient would be needed, but this hasn’t been clearly stated. It’s also important to know that you could still be identified from pseudonymised data. Studies have shown that it can only take three pieces of anonymous data to identify someone personally, so it’s not completely iron-clad. This isn’t necessarily cause for concern, but we think that people should be armed with this knowledge. Oh do fuck off.

Those behind Hadrian's wall and to the left of Offa's Dyke who voted for sensible governments won't be affected.

Surely it was the Romans / English behind Hadrian's Wall with the barbarian Scots in front of it.

I received a letter today from the Student Loan Company stating I should repay all my loan in the next 12 months. The student loan company took me to court. My one court appearance. I was too rather err, "busy" to sign the form to defer payment and they took me to court. Their lawyer was an absolute babe. Total stunner. Then she fucked me - in not a way I had hoped for. Ah well. All paid off after a couple of years.

We've had Pizza hut delivery (supoib + enough left for lunch tomorrow ) and watched Olympic games highlights. Now the kids want a BMX*. The commentator on the BMX finals was PSYCHED, brilliant !
*well they did until the list of previous injuries / near death accidents were reeled off for the GB medal winners. Oof.

I wonder if this Drug Dealer simulation is set in Glasgow? Probably going to be a DLC. I love one of the comments: this is neat! are there elves in your game?
