Morning all, early start.
Mask level on London trains - high. Some even covering their nose.
Mask level on non-London trains - low. It seems the further out I go the less mask wearing.
Typical liberal elite caring about each other.
Games. Wiki wiki wild Wild West RPG last night, moved the game on from Act 1 to Act 2 with the discovery of a secret lair in the hills above the town with evil mad scientists and their flying machines, who seem to be carrying out their attacks on the railroad from here. But we decided to leave it for now, and go rescue a miner that we’d befriended with the intent of getting more info and maybe a pitchfork wielding rabble to storm the base.

So wfh seems to be off to a flying start, no internet for half an hour until the right program would log in. Yay security. Glum ad wet out, got the grass done last night so avoiding work will have to be hoovering today. Games, little MEA pottering but in a funk, any recent rpg's recommended or is everyone still on skyrim?

Moved last year and all the kitchen had was a couple of floor units from the 70s. Not had an oven or hob for a year due to lockdown. Am an Air fryer, slow cooker and microwave cooking expert now. My new kitchen is just about finished. Celebrated by having things not eaten for a year, steak and kidney pie Wednesday, Lancashire hot pot based on Nigel Slater recipe yesterday. Victoria Sponge cooking day today. Next up fried liver with onions. Lots of fried eggs as have had no means of frying them. What a joy.

I'm looking forward to playing Divinity Original Sin (Enhanced Edition) once I've got rid of this horrible infection in my legs*. Here's a review - Currently waiting for Nursey to turn up 😔

Morning. Our trio won 4 games of Fortnite in 6 matches last night. Bitching.
Foggy and raining out.
PM is off to the park with her mum and sister later to watch a play. It's just an excuse to get pissed in the park and the theatre adds a degree of respectability. But really they are no different than the scallies necking Special Brew over by the benches.

Good luck amipal, Storm Force 10 going to be ripping along the South coast from the SW to German Bight in 18h! It is a tad windy out there already… and I’ve been asked to walk down to the Co-op. Remember me as I was, not how I will be when they drag me out of the accumulates storm detritus.

Divinity Original Sin. It's very enjoyable, though at points you aren't sure what to do (which is more a comment on me).
It demands a good readup in terms of what build you are going for. Party composition can be very important. Same with fight tactics and setups, I've been wiped out in one encounter only to go again with a slightly different tactic and cakewalk it.
If you do read any guides make sure they are up to date. Plenty of guides and tips out there which are out of date due to patches nerfing certain aspects of the game.

Have enjoyed DOS and a bit of DOS2 I've played, got to a point where hadn't specced for the fight and ended being trounced a lot, couldn't remember what I was supposed to be doing when I went back.

That was my experience on DOS2, think it was the fight with mummy dearest, a near infinite number of moves and can one-shot members of your party. Many of the videos showing how to beat her involved spending 2 hours stacking crates etc near her. DOS2 was very close to a DnD game from what I understand, e.g. you don't get to level up every 3 minutes. Started the game again and I managed to beat her. The choices you make in terms build etc almost have too much consequence, but again that's most likely me.

Get medical advice - now. I'm guessing that they will recommend a suppository. You will need a very good friend with rubber gloves, running shoes and a clear route to an exit. Also an empty house immediate and exclusive access to the bog, a bottle of whisky and two glasses. (You and your friend will need a stiff drink beforehand - you as anaesthetic and your friend as Dutch courage). Your friend does the deed, legs it while you position yourself for lift off on the bog; don't try to do anything else - you won't have time Recommended listening

Hullo.
I'm back from the Opticians. I have conjunctivitis in both eyes, been given eye-drops which MUST BE KEPT IN THE FRIDGE. I'm taking this as a sign I've been given the good shit.
Bad news. I have been referred to the Hospital as I have suspected Glaucoma, which means my eyeballs could explode. This may impair my vision.
Good news. I'm getting 2 pairs of NHS specs.
That is all.

Perhaps Nursey has wind? More than an hour to wait. No lunch for Chumbles. Tough way to have a vasectomy ...
