I don't think I could eat a whole Weetabix at the mo. Body fights me all the way when I try to eat half a ham sandwich. Takes ages.

Morning Tuffers fans.
Currently eating a bowl of porridge with banana, strawberry and walnut washed down by a glass of tap water.
Last night by the time I got home I was a sweaty mess. Said goodnight to the child, ate a large portion of leftover cottage pie, showered and basically went to bed.
No games, no TV. Felt a bit cheated when I woke at 5.50 though had a good sleep.

Morning. We had a family trip to the dentist this morning.
Zoom (or better yet Teams chat because this is 2021) I have to put my camera on, although I turn it off if there are loads of participants and I do not expect to field any questions.

If its with work folk yes we're supposed to have the camera on. If it's external it depends on the amount of folk. I was on one yesterday and had it switched off.
