Yes!! Everything's coming up Babyfark! The first time I ever saw a switch in the flesh was in an airport (ha, remember them) and some student with half mast breeks had one. I asked him what he thought of it and be started battering on about all the indie titles on it. Shut up wanker - tell me about Mario. Hello. Rather leathered last night. As well as a Wham bar I had more beer than was required. I realise this concept is perhaps alien to some of the class. Watched Squid game. Then did some stunt racing on GTA with a Moodyman DJ mix blasting my ears. The child/PM are away swimming this morning. Some private place in the hope it's cleaner than the public pool. The PM had been before. |

Started watching a film where Gyllenhaal plays a bloke who answers 911 calls. I fell asleep halfway through though. I'll probably watch the rest later. Expect a full review tomorrow.

I didn't get round to watching Predator 2. I started Uncharted again as I couldn't really decide what I wanted to play. I've already played through all 4 games twice before.

Seems we're getting invaded by a plague of ladybirds. Loads turning up in the house the last few days. Could be worse.
OTTM, going to an 18th birthday today. It's a family member. I'm driving and hope to stay for no more than one hour. Should be home by 5pm if things go to plan.

There's a film about a guy driving to a building site for a concrete pour and his wife phones. I can't remember who is in it or what it's called, but I really want to watch it. Sounds good.

Another late one last night, who'd have thought gaming could be this addictive (much like the Cbox).
DL'd Mirrors Edge - Catalyst, played some BFBC2 and got slaughtered again, most likely due to all the cronus cheats out there. I also downloaded the Beta for Battlefield, I think I might run that today if Halo MCC doesn't pull me in.

Seriously though, that headset voodoo shit should not be possible. I'd never heard of a Börner V-slicer before, but now I have, I'm with Felice. I want one. It's the tomato bit that's sold it to me. We could all use a good tomato slicer.

I haven't because it didn't arrive yesterday and Nintendo UK wouldn't answer the phone. Tried live chat and got cut off every time. Rude. Looking at social media it was the usual console launch chaos, so I was mainly feeling sorry for the poor sausages who have to work there. Presumably they already have PTSD from Metroid Dread without ever playing it. Eventually I sent an email into the void that got a response this morning saying that it would be delivered today. This email arrived 5 minutes after I had missed the postman who had left it with the neighbours. Sigh. Anyways, here it is  Streamer that I follow announced that he would be streaming later today, first Ape Legs and then maybe BOTW. Oh no you don't. I want to find out why Metroid can't crawl. (I'm still drooling from watching the Digital Foundry Tech Review yesterday.) Will there be a Guardian review, I wonder? Bit late now. |
