We've got an event tonight at work that's being live streamed by cranky nu-media inc®
I'm experienced (if rusty) at vision mixing, cameras etc. I'm also experienced (if rusty) at live sound.
I've never really used streamyard but seems straightforward enough after playing with it.
My line manager keeps changing the goal posts. It wasn't meant to be amplified on site but now is. Ok. Fine, sorted. We weren't going to supply a mic to the audience for questions due to covid. Apparently we now are. Fucks sake. I found this out last night as I happened to read my email. Will that radio mic interfere with the other ones? Will the fucker feedback? Get in the sea.

Games. Me and my pal blew the Casino Heist in GTA. Despite a tremendous amount of headshots from myself. Need to pay for the security passes and redo...
Today is Forza Horizon day. Probably won't get home till after 9 and tomorrow night I'm going to my sisters as i kicked it up the park last week.

I had to renew mine recently as well, but fortunately not with a particular trip on the cards. The new blue colour really swells the heart, though. |

Ask your LM 1. whether she's checked with your authority's Lawyers to ensure that you are covered against claims resulting from potential infections, and 2. for a written order to provide the audience mic as you believe that HSE legislation will be broken by such provision... I'd at least do 2. as my, albeit old, understanding of the legislation is that if you spot a problem and don't escalate it you are personally liable. Personally, I'd copy your authority's Union and HSE convener's in. Your boss is making dangerous decisions ... And don't forget to call her a cunt... |
