More MAFIA last night, trying to do at least a chapter a night. About half way now. What was supposed to be a nice easy booze run job with the Canadians went pear shaped. It was a set up. The bodies were piled high by the time I got out of there and back to Little Italy where I proposed to my squeeze.
OTTM, has anyone heard from Shenguin after he got drunk and went missing in the deep south last night? We might have another Toolio on our hands..

Like Sean Connery's disastrous stint as spokesperson for Save the Whales, I am fully moribund. Hundreds of whales left hairless.
Coffee and a taste of rod hull yesterday at the office for my late webinar, perhaps predictably I was tossing and turning all through the night thanks to my lowered hull tolerance.
OTTM - Games! SMTV now resides on my Switch. Apparently it runs like shit, but I'm not it in for the FPS or 4K anti aliasing.

My watch strap broke in the night. I am now sans watch, unless I fire up an LED watch from the '70s. Am I going to do that? Hell yeah. *Plays Saturday Night Fever to the accompaniment of much swearing in the background* I accidentally left my watch on the bed an sat on it, the strap snapped as I was trying to remove it, honest. is tids now looking for a flared alarm clock to prevent repeating this? |

I have the slowest-developing cold ever. The back of my throat is gradually, ever-so-slightly, working it’s way up to a sore-throat/cough combo. I may well be into full-cold-territory by January 2022.

I've just discovered that if you leave a carved Halloween pumpkin on the windowsill in the front room, with a radiator on the wall below it, then after a few weeks said pumpkin goes all furry inside and when lifted up a pile of rotten mush remains on the windowsill.

Pumpkin-gate update:
It seems after clearing up most of the mess there is a residual sample that appears to have formed a symbiotic relationship with the gloss paint on the windowsill and it won't come off! It's like it's now within or part of the gloss itself..
I think we have the start of a new horror movie script right here in front of us.
