Morning, reality swoppers!
Late last night, just before midnight, I received an email informing me that my copy of Shin Megami Tensei V is no longer "processing" and has in fact been shipped. Yes, the one that I received two days ago. The tracking information link takes me to an error page. Good to see that the fine folks at the Nintendo UK store are as organised as ever.
Last night I was also watching a Twitch streamer playing Halo Infinite on his birthday whilst playing some Animal Crossing myself. Like with all shooters I'm sure it's fun to play for a lot of people but it's just not my cup of tea. Inevitably my eyes glaze over and I die of boredom. But it's always lovely to know it's there and that other people enjoy it.
OTTM: This morning I got a pint of organic semi skimmed milk instead of the standard one. I feel I'm getting addicted to the cheap thrills of milk delivery surprise mechanics.

Co-op mature cheddar seems incredibly inconsistent in melting. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it just goes a bit soft and then browns in a slightly disturbing way. Like it's actually made out of plastic, not cheese. It seems to vary from packet to packet. It's at the creamier end of the scale, but Co-op organic extra-mature Cheddar is a nicer cheese, and cooks in a consistent way. |

I've just had shroomdogs. I wasn't expecting hallucinations despite the name, but a mushroom/pea shoot hot dog. On their own they're meh. With a dod of mustard & ketchup they're ok. Just ok.
Rather have a falafel. Four stars.

We have signs up at work that say "Coronavirus - wash your hands more often for 20 seconds". I dutifully spent 20 seconds washing my hands more often than I would in a typical period of 20 seconds (once), and am relieved to know that the whole coronavirus thing is now done with and I can get on with my life.

I read the other day that if you haven't had two coronavirus jabs in Austria you have to be in semi lockdown. I was a bit worried as neither of mine were in Austria. Still I'm in lockdown just in case.
