After a brief enforced sojourn with SSE, following the collapse of Tonik Energy, I'm happy to say that earlier this year I swapped to Bulb. Good reputation, good environmental credentials, and a larger, more-secure and more-established provider than some of the other green ones. Bit pissed off that they recently increased my direct debit by so much, despite being in credit.
Oh.
On the pus side, I'm now effectively with the country's only nationalised energy supplier, so I'm quite pleased about that.

I shall be picking up the motor tomorrow and departing with some of the old folding. All the brakes stripped and inspected and in the Garage's own words...

Just as well I didn't agree to paying them £400 yesterday. Just £78 labour, Tids discount. Still, safety first, kids.

Don't make me put you in the book. I'll have wheels tomorrow and I know where you live. Also, men in overalls have heard the noise too.
Do enlighten me Lazy, what's your Avatar?

Which, in itself, is a bit odd for a vegetarian.

Incidentally, if vegetarians don't eat anything with a face, can they eat Colin the Caterpillar cake?

WarHermitblog: I have no idea what someone used to glue together this metal miniature, but I’m on round three of my attempts to break it apart. Round 1 - popped it in the freezer for three weeks, then poured a kettle-full of boiling water over it. Round 2 - it sat in undiluted brown Dettol for 72 hours. The paint came off, but still constructed. Round 3 - sitting in a tin* can filled with IPA**. I will report on my findings. *stainless-steel **isopropyl, not India pale ale That ipa would be a rough pint. If it doesn’t work would you consider acetone, nail polish remover? Also good for starting fires. Was it a freeze then fracture wi5h the cold treatment or freeze and see if it drops off?

Came across this; I must watch League of etc. again ... The Nautilus Car was designed by Carol Spier and was entirely custom made for the production and uses a Rover V8 engine to power it. (from DriveTribe.com - A bit heavy on the petrol I would think ...

There's some magnificent food in the USA, but there is a also a helluva lot of crap. They’ve replaced Extra Strong Mints with Hershey bars in my local Co-op. And they’re always restocking the latter. Who is it eating that filth? It’s the furthest thing from chocolate imaginable.

8/10, though I've never watched "Friends".
However, I'm addicted to "[people from country outside the US] try American food" type of videos.
Plus, my PM grew up in the US. The stories he told me...

Visited the US once for a holiday. Had a breakfast called a 'barnyard confusion'. Every farm animal you could think of and lots of bad cheese.
I spent the next 48 hours contemplating my life choices.

Now you've got Norfolks maddest man!
I too have visited our colony of America. Had some nice, if oversized, meals. Not a bacon biscuit though, that was fucking awful. The crispy bacon with fried eggs "sunny side up" in breakfast diners were great, but I really didn't need 12 rashers in a standard order.
I quite like Reese's peanut butter cups that you can get here. It's just a bit off putting that you can hear your teeth dissolve as you eat them.

4/10.
Once after eating breakfast in Vegas I was genuinely concerned I'd done myself some long term damage. I think I've got a photo somewhere of me, pouring with sweat, a look of slight panic, with a plate the size of a bin lid in front of me.
