Morning,
Monday eh.
TV. More the Good Place
Games. Lots of attempts at the 'Pacific Standard Job' with three randoms. Two Germans and a yank. The Mericn though nice was having trouble with the Germans accent. It wasn't particularly unintelligible but he couldn't tell when they were speaking to each other in German or us in perfect English. Ideal for a high end bank job. Got the furthest i ever have, but it wasnt to be as folk needed to go to bed.

I managed two goes at Fortnite over the weekend, the first ruined when the freshly charged batteries in my controller decided to give out completely. The second I tried a new tactic of jumping to a sparsely populated bit of island and moving in once sufficiently tooled up. This went OK and I managed a kill in the top 20 (with a pistol no less) before being sniped near the final circle while swimming across the lake.
I also watch Annihilation, which was OK.

Morning all!
I am tired. Was up twice during the night to administer more medicine to the poor boy. He's happy enough today, but it did feel like some sort of horrific kidnapping overnight.
Watched the 100 Years of the RAF last night. I enjoyed it, but because of the definitely-required delving into the human stories, felt that large chunks of history had been skipped. Still, you could tell Ewan McGregor was thoroughly enjoying himself.

There's a documentary on iPlayer about the Harrier, which includes a lot of footage and tales from the Falklands. Worth a watch. |
