Seems a bit focussed on baking and the woman demonstrating it does move strangely slowly.
That said there are some things I'd really like, especially the revolving corner cupboard.

The PM is starting Cyber Monday early by going for an injection in her leg at the hospital. Appointment in an hour.
Goofballs probably.

Hopefully she'll get some sleep when she gets home. Been in agony all weekend and only 20 mins sleep here and there. I'd have been phoning Sheep for one of his Fentynl cup-a-soups.

Effing cold, ice warnings etc. This guy is as accident prone as me, so I am not going out there

Sorry to hear that Crank, hopefully she is better soon.
My own PM decided to walk in this morning and she gave herself just enough time to do so. Then at last at the minute she decided in fact to de-ice the car and drive and but ran into trouble with the wipers staying frozen, hence she was late. My two items of advice to her this morning was to get up early to set off early and to walk the relatively easy 20 minute downhill walk. She ignored both.
Cold out.

6 cases of African mega death Covid in Scotland. Our Scottish contingent are probably already dead.

I have a button in my car which heats up the wipers, I always wondered what the point of that was. Now I know.
Also, *smug face*

I absolutely expect we have the same button, but it's a new car and it's our first winter with it. Also, women and technology.

I can pre-heat the cabin of my car before driving anywhere - I never get into a cold car, and never have to scrape the ice. It may well be the best feature.

I scraped the ice off my car this morning. Wasn't really a big deal, and nothing noteworthy happened while doing it.

I don't have anything stronger* than Lemsip Max. And I only have that very occasionally. * I have some very medicinal Laphroaig.

Pro tip: park your car in the back garden where it will be more protected from the elements.

Morning
Chucked a kettle of warm water over the PMs car this morning to de-ice screens. No buttons required. Also her car is French so responds well to that kind of treatment. If there was ever a de-ice button it would long since have had a strop and stopped working.
I have had 3 hot buttered crumpets for breakfast, and am currently tooling round Mexico in a Porsche 918 Spyder.

So we skipped calling it the Xi variant of the China virus? The right nutters over the pond would have had a field day.

Is it via an app so you don’t even have to leave the warm/cold house? Blankets and hot water bottles coming later it feels like. Yep. You can either manually set the aircon to come on, or set up a regular departure time and temperature. Stays warm too. Heated seats help immensely.
