Games? No, but I downloaded Prey since it was cheap, and added it to the digital pile of games I might not ever play.
Telly? Rewatching 'Cuckoo' on BBC iPlayer. It is funny.
OTTM? The usual malarkey.
Tooth problems are the worst. I broke a tooth during lockdown and had the pain for about a week, but fortunately our local dentist had a good system for seeing emergency patients pretty quickly.

Morning chumperoos. Cold out. No TV. Games. 20 mins of ACNH. Had to take the child to school again today so on the much later train. Chumbles She's a bit better ta. Another physio appointment today. Contemplating attempting to grab a PS5 while the PS4 still has some resale value. But we'll see. Saw one in cex window and could probably fit it in the space I have. |

Do you have a load of PS4 game disc or BRDs that you want to watch? If not I don't think I would bother with the disc version of the PS5.(Disclosure: I have the disc version. I've got a separate 4K BRD player and very rarely use the disc drive in the PS5) Go digital only and get a cheap external HD for PS4 games with the money saved. Though if you want a 4k BRD layer it is good value. There are a load of PS4 games free on PS5. I doubt you will have played all of them so the HD will be useful. Also it can store P5 games, but won't play them. I was tempted by a 2TB SSD, but it was £315 still at Amazon and that is just too expensive to justify. I'm hoping they come down in price a lot. I'd pay that for 4TB, but the 4 TB sticks are £700. So twice the cost of the console, jut to have some decent memory in it. |

Morning all.
I am nightly peeved with a colleague that has booked Friday off work. This coincides with the Christmas do* which he is not attending.
This now means I cannot go early to the pub, as I have to babysit the system until all daily feeds have come in for our key application.
TVblog: What We Do in the Shadows, Seinfeld, GamesMaster.
OTTM: I was so annoyed yesterday that we got a Chinese takeaway for dinner. So not all bad.
*it’ll probably be cancelled anyway due to Omicron.

I am not going to my work Christmas event. Partly because it's a joyless 90 minute lunch which costs you 30 quid, after which everyone just goes back to work, and partly because the number of people I can no longer face being in the same room as has crept up to sociopathic levels.
