Chumbles No. I am sticking with o-micron as it comes from GreekIt's o-micron and O-Mega.I am not pronouncing it Om-Ega, so I am also sticking with o-micron.
I am also sticking with cortico-steroid rather than corti-cost-eroid. I did say "I know that technically I'm wrong ..." you plonker and I don't need you to tell me what I already know. I know that I am old, but there is no need to shout... Neither am I French; I know how to pronounce CUNT too...* *No offence intended. Much.

Snape is a bit too near the top of the frame for a Santa hat. Perhaps a Xmas jumper? I'm not home yet but can probably do it in premier or iMovie. Yes please! You are a good man and true. Time for food...

Might go to office tomorrow. 2 positive pcr tests this week already, but they still ‘expect’ us in 2 days each week. It will be my first time in for 3 weeks cos I’m a rebel. You idiot. Who are you kidding, it was never gonna happen and you knows it. Stay home. Stay safe. Play games.

I just did omega and omicron in appropriate sizes. It amused me. I stand by that. If you can't do Omega in big text there is something wrong with the world.

Everyone pumped for PMQs today? Nope. Too busy declining invites to Christmas parties. And meeting my mates for cheese and wine

I'm pretty sure neither Sheep2 nor I are terribly serious about these exchanges. Frankly, it's more like comic relief from current events and this bastard.

I'm watching Terminator 3 Rise Of The Machines. I haven't seen it since it was first out.
It's quite a step down from The Terminator and Terminator 2.

Is that the Lego Saturn 5 in there? We have that. It's a bugger for falling over and needing rebuilt.

I've refilled my optimism tank (had a few beers) and am now waiting for Day 2 of the cricket to commence. As I was daydreaming at my desk earlier, I saw Chris Woakes running in at full pelt, like a Wasim Akram/Bob Willis hybrid, terrorising the Aussie galahs with swing, nip and accuracy, as they crumbled all out for 120. Then, as if the great man had possessed him, Dawid 'Viv' Malan swatted the Aussie attack to all four corners of the gabba.
What could possibly go wrong?

Is that the Lego Saturn 5 in there? We have that. It's a bugger for falling over and needing rebuilt. It is indeed. Currently only two stages built, as making it with the boy… and his attention span isn’t as good with the Saturn V (despite his interest in the subject) as it is with his other* kits. I’ve got a stand for it which should help keep it upright. *normal

I've still been learning Kurdish Sorani from my friend Sabaz*, the guy that had a stroke and subsequent heart attack (I don't think I mentioned that). In return, I've been teaching him Yoruba. I feel I am a good bloke. It did actually turn out that he was one of my interpreters in a former life.
Just thought I'd post that, no-one will read it.
*Not his real name.

Good heavens Tids, I didn't realize that you were a linguist! I can mumble my way through a conversation in French, but it's mainly guesswork on my part and the extraordinary patience and good humour that Frenchmen outside Paris and French Catalonia have shown to me. I've had bottles of wine given to me, drinks bought for me and, on one occasion in a café where I chatted with a nice old fellow at the bar and found when he'd gone and I went to pay my tab that he'd paid for the lot! Anyway, here's a primer on the internet ...
