Teminator films
1,2,5,3,6,4.
Terminator and T2 are the TenthEnemy of sci-fi films
I enjoyed Genysis more than I expected. It was a mostly serviceable film. It would possibly have been better without the Terminator name attached.
Rise Of The Machines is ok as well. Apart from the miscast lead.
Dark Fate was a bit rubbish. An ok b-movie. Again it might have worked better without the Terminator name.
Salvation is just a pile of shite. Bale is ok, but the 'story' is an incoherent mess even by Terminator standards. It's difficult to care about any of the characters at all. There are a lot of explosions, but that doesn't make a story. By far the worst bit were the interviews with McG where he seems to he under the impression he has made The Godfather Part 2, not a shitty sci-fi sequel.
I haven't yet acquired the Sarah Connor Chronicles.

"West Side Story" was wonderful until the ending*, which I thought was just wrong, on a motivation thing.
Dancing and singing excellent. 4*
*yes I know that something based on Romeo and Juliet isn't going to have a happy ending.

I have no problem with James Blunt and have never really seen why people dislike him or Coldplay for that matter.

I am going to try to go back to sleep... a sequence of nightmares has left me more tired than when I started trying to sleep late Sunday night. The nightmare where you wake up, but you haven't - an endless cycle of 'waking' after sensing a horrible disaster. I hate them. |
