Carry on like this. Put on some reggae, glance over at them from the stereo with one eye closed in appreciation and a 'hooped finger and thumb' symbol of approval.
I'm not sure what I think the end game would be here ... but it might bring the situation to a head.

Surely 'did you watch the match last night, mate' is the standard gambit for this scenario? If you are desperate to come across as a 'cool guy' you could always follow up with 'what was the score, I'm afraid I was off my tits on Bovril'.

I've played 18 hours of "Lost Ark", a Korean MMOARPG*, which is being published by Jeff in NA/EU and goes live for FTP** at 17:00 today, I've had quite a lot of fun especially as it supports using a controller really well, I'm rubbish at using KBD/M in any action game.
It's currently offline and expected to come back just as the rest of the people try and join, which will be fun, there is an enormous amount of bitching going on in various forums, which is very funny***
I think it's something that I will play a lot, apart from the gap when the "DS/BB open world you can ride a horse" game comes out. 4*

I watched a NA streamer for an hour or so play it on Twitch two nights ago. It gave me plenty of material for my bad jokes in the chat which is all I care about.

Went to Sainsbury's on a last minute mercy Valentine's mission while the pm is swimming. Headed back to pick up the child from Brownies and I'm 15 mins early. Which is enough time to get home, but not get back in time for Brownie kicking out time. Bad planning.
Hopefully properly start Uncharted:TLL when the child goes to her bed. On the plus side I'm pocket munching some mini eggs and I picked up more beer.
Apparently I've needed a hearing aid longer than I realised.
