Hello.
Last night I actually picked up the switch and I played a wee bit of Mario Odyssey while that Next Step pish was on the tv. The child despite having her own account on it has been playing my character which is slightly annoying.
I'm in some cheese world.
In the game I mean.
Then when she went to bed I ran about in the Division. I want to get into Cyberpunk but need a good run at it.
We finished Pam & Tommy as well.

Elden Ring
Started it. Played a couple of hours.
S'alright innit.
Mostly I have been picking flowers and smashing up soldiers in the starting area. Like a medieval Putin.
I met a couple of bigger enemies who sliced me up good.
It's very much a souls game with fewer walls. Though it mostly lack the oppressive sense of dread that characterises Souls

I went for some drinks and a meal last night. The dishes were extremely delicious. Later there was the encounter with the drunken man. It was my own fault for sitting next to him. I could see he was extremely drunk and that everyone was giving him a wide berth. It was maybe because I was a little bit drunk myself and full of beans. He was coming out with genuine fighting talk, though - 'Come on you prick. What's your problem? You cunt.' All of this. He said he thought the man opposite was my boyfriend. I like to think it was my powerful forcefield that sent him careening for the doors. Even in his drunken state the primate part of his mind kicked in and he realised he had to get away.
