Limping back to base, I managed to crash into a hill. KIA. No restarts on this. So had to set up a new pilot. We go again. Are you naming them after Chatterboxers? |

Here I Stand looks terrific. Proper Waugh hermit business. It looks brilliant, although you can't tell what it's play balance is like, I'd love to have found out... This brings back so many memories - I miss my best friends so much; we would have played this. In all honesty, I miss the two of them more than my ex-wives. But I guess RJW had been my very close friend for over 50 years, so it's not surprising. I was very lucky to have such friends and I met the majority playing Diplomacy, of course! |

Monday lunch
I took a pair of jeans to a local dry cleaning and repair outfit. Then I bought a 'Stain Devil' unguent to help with the removal of an olive oil stain on the sofa. Then I picked up an arm-band phone holder, for running, from a local delivery office. Then I ate a halloumi wrap at a local souvlaki joint. Boodiful. Then I had a cup of coffee.
Life is rich.

In games I rarely stab, unless I think it will get me a solo win. tbh modern Diplomacy and NP2 players stab far too quickly; they confuse stabbing with winning, which is the objective of the game. |

I am not prepared to sit idly by whilst the attrocities continue in Ukraine. We need to make the ultimate sacrifice to ensure British values and Decency and Respect continue to shine brightly. Therefore I am proposing now, that we send in the bottom 10% of our youth to Ukraine to fight side by side with our Ukrainian kin.

Total pain in the arse as I don't work a Fri. Need the pm to come home early or get her parents involved etc. "You'll get your time back" yes the 4 hrs actually working. Not the 3 hrs commute, not getting home till after 11 and costing me £12 for the pleasure.
Look like a selfish cunt if I don't do it.

It's a 1 day phase and when you enter your orders in the retreat or build phases once you enter your orders you can't change them - that ought to speed things up.

My work is usually very good with needing time for stuff, getting holidays etc so I like to reciprocate where possible. I've done a few random things on Sat's. It's just a pain on a Friday as it will piss off the PM as will involve her or her folks.
