Good morning boxers.
A bit of always sunny last night, season 11 I think. Catching things I missed the first time round. It really does deserve a bigger following (not here, I know it's a whole thing on the box)
Otherwise had bacon and eggs.
No division, played a bit more of dragon quest builders instead.

Morning all! First day back in the office in two weeks. I'm actually glad to be out of the house - the cabin-fever was getting to dangerous levels.
My work laptop's hamster appears to have died. Maybe I should have fed it...

It really does deserve a bigger following (not here, I know it's a whole thing on the box) Having been renewed to tie it with the longest running live action sitcom, with no drop in quality no less, I think it must have a pretty decent following. Tbh what almost put me off watching it all was the sheer number of episodes to catch up on, I'd wager others feel the same. What you don't realise before jumping in, is that, in reality, there isn't enough episodes. Morning All! Games! WoW! TV! Agents of Shield and TWD. Good and ok, in that order. Can't wait for TWD finale next week, more out of a 'thank god it's over' than a 'so excited' way though. It's a bit of a slog now but I've invested too much time to stop watching.

Mornin'
Last night we watched ep 3 of The City and The City. Good telly is that.
I also popped on the Division for a wee while. Just long enough to get the 10 Riker kills for the DZ Daily and 5 Electronics for the Crafting Daily. Those two will be worth 50 DivTech come Thursday and only took 15 minutes. Cashback!

Morning inmates,
No games last night. I was too tired and had an early-ish night. No TV either. Read a bit in bed.
Off the rest of the week. Watching the child today/tomorrow and then we're off to that England Thurs - Sun. Going to lodges on a lake with the in laws and Mrs Crank's sister & fam.

Is season 11 the one with the water park? That one went right in to my top 5. That is season 12 good buddy. It is a cracking episode, my favourite for that season is the "gang turn black" musical. What are the rules and Danny devito singing about saying the n-word had me in stitches. Episodes from last night: the gang go on family fortunes and Dennis made the ass kickers cult for Mac and Charlie.

Don't get me wrong, clearly there's a reasonably big audience but it is comparatively unknown at least in this country. Has it ever been shown on UK TV? When I bring it up in conversation most people haven't watched it or even heard of it which is a shame (I saw it through here).

Oof. I had that sat on my phone for an hour and assumed the conversation would have moved on.
Awkward.

No one wants to talk to me about the South Downs? That's fine, that's fine...

Baby, why don't you tell us about the South Downs?

Babyfark - how much of the downs did you walk? I once attempted to cycle it, but sacked it off about half way. Cool story etc.

Need to finish it off with a final stretch of around 17 miles through the coast around Eastbourne, I think we even finish around Beachy head. My biggest gripe is the marathon races they have every weekend with hundreds of annoying runners pushing past for hours. Lots of good bird life for the first stretch around Winchester. Could do with a few more pubs though. Saw the Amex stadium, looked pretty impressive.

No one wants to talk to me? That's fine, that's fine... Fixed that for you. I like the South Downs. Lewes is a very pleasant little town with some good secondhand bookshops, if you like that sort of thing, especially if the weather is a bit inclement for walking. Seven Sisters is impressive. The Tiger at East Dean is enjoyable, though the big cat's head on the wall is clearly a lion with stripes added, and the village has a blue plaque for Sherlock Holmes, which I understand is the only blue plaque for a fictional character. It's probably not worth a trip specifically to see either the lion or the plaque, unless you particularly like small villages.

Hmmm, if no one wants to talk about the South Downs either, why don't I regale you with tales of my previous evening?
TV: Mad Men, season 4. Irritatingly we've ended up at a pattern where we are only watching 3/4 of an episode, catch up the next evening, don't have the stamina for a whole episode etc. So I've not seen the conclusion to "The Beautiful Girls", but it's a cracking episode so far (I love when things go absurd from time to time).
Skyrim: I'm now in the delightful town of Morthal, populated by a bunch of daft racists. The first person I ran into was Falion who found it necessary to reassure me that he's totally not sacrificing children and stuff. I wasn't going to say anything, so why bring it up, eh?
I also beat up Benor (these brawls are particularly good fun as I'm playing with motion controls).
There's a dead frostbite spider lying about near the inn, and everyone's acting as if that's normal. Is that the locals' idea of a prank?
