I can't quite put my finger on it but I didn't really care for Leia's bikini. Now, Han Solo wearing Speedos when he got frozen in carbonite, that I thought was a nice touch.
Watched a bit of a FF XIV stream last night, also crossed some animals. Yesterday I finally got Lolly's picture. Her new catchphrase is "no Lollygagging", who the hell thought that was appropriate.

Yesterday I finally got Lolly's picture. Her new catchphrase is " no Lollygagging", who the hell thought that was appropriate. Funnily enough, in Back4Blood, the guy in charge oftens says, "When you've finished lollygagging...you might want to [insert dangerous mission here]".

I borrowed a mate's Lada once, to pick up a clutch for my Audi. I didn't even make it off the drive before I reversed into his neighbours fence. Roundabouts in the wet - forget it.
To be fair, it was the shittest Lada in England, driven by an expert.

Old BMWs were the pits at cornering in the wet; the back end would break loose and go all over the place*. I was first told about Ladas by my father who was a REME mechanic during WWII. His verdict on the Larder was "Handles like a badly trained dog, but cheap, easy to maintain and repair. Which is just as well because you're going to have to do a lot of them." *a bit like me, nowadays, if I eat a curry. |

Yesterday I first boiled, then smothered in honey and mustard, before finally roasting a gammon joint. For a change, to accompany it, I made a MASSIVE roasting tray of cauliflower and brocolli cheese. Two full cauli's and 2 brocolli portions. It was a very loud and windy evening. There's still the odd strong southerly gust even now.
Parp chat is the wurst.

Morning all! Another night of terrible sleep. I think my social interactions in the office yesterday had my brain going nineteen-to-the-dozen. TVblog: nope! Filmblog: first half of Return of the Jedi. It’s… a bit of a mess at the start isn’t it? Takes a while to actually get going. Much like my face. Carblog: had the second part of the 2.3 update install yesterday. Fun times. It has not fixed the odd ticking sound I get from the entertainment unit, as people on forums assured me it would. Pratts. I really like the start, of Return of the Jedi. In fact I love it. |
