Pop the kettle on, the grill is on and I've got some bacon from the butchers.

Have bacon, sausages and mushrooms to cook this morning. It would be a lot of effort to get a full English together, what would be the bits needed?

Morning all.
Readers, gather round for the latest instalment of AMIPALβS DETERIORATING HEALTH!
Itβs not that exciting. Slept really badly (lack of exercise), and when I got up this morning, my back gave as I walked across the dining room. BAM! amipalβs down!
Another thing to add to the discussion with the doctorβ¦

Rolling! Apple TV+
Physical is worth a watch, we found it funny as is The AfterParty. The Beastie Boys story if you're a fan, though I had a bit of grit in my eye at the end.
Hello. TV. No. Games. No. Early to bed as I was tired, then woke at 5.15.

I feel rough this morning. Not fallen over yet. Part of my Health Walk Training yesterday discussed balance exercises for those of ageing years. You need to be doing strength building twice a week as well. Burying bodies in the woods should do it. Not tootsy, start smaller.

Have bacon, sausages and mushrooms to cook this morning. It would be a lot of effort to get a full English together, what would be the bits needed? For me it would be (in addition to the above); fried tomatoes, black pudding, egg (either scrambled or fried), toast or fried bread, baked beans in separate small pot on plate and hash browns. Both brown sauce and tomato ketchup to be available. Then both a glass of orange juice and a cup of fresh tea cooling nearby.

Replace the black pudding with sliced sausage and the tea with coffee and you'll have a hit on your hands.

I had a long and rather dull chat with Tootsie last night apropos noise from it's flat on Sunday (12 hours of music & shouting). For those of you who like psychology, or, will read any old drivel, here's the gist of it. All names have been changed. ['Eve' is a 13 year old girl] Tids: I want to talk to you about the noise from your flat on Sunday. Toots: I've had new carpets fitted. Tids: I know. Now, about the noise on Sunday. Toots: When was Sunday? Tids: Yesterday. Toots: Oh, that was my niece Eve, it wasn't me. Tids: You are aware that you, as the tenant, are held responsible for the conduct of your guests. Toots: I told her to be quiet because she'd upset you. Tids: (playing along with this bullshittery) You can't control her, can you? Toots: I was pissed. Tids: I'll be surprised if you don't get complaints about this, not from me, I prefer to talk to you rather than the Housing Dudes, you know that, right? (At this point a loud cough could be heard from the rear of the auditorium) Toots: Well, I know they've all complained about me. *points to various flats* Tids: How do you know that? Toots: Well, I know your Polish neighbours have complained about me 'cos I've got a mate who works in a cab office and she says they're always moaning about the fare. Tids: But, they've got a car and rarely drink. Toots: Well, they're moaners. It was at this point, dear readers, that I feigned a bilious attack and withdrew to the safety of Tids Towers.
