Tids. Recommend she gets a hearing aid that takes Bluetooth and she can stream music directly to her ears without annoying the neighbours.
If her little niece can't then hear music either just helpfully offer to make her dead as well. Did I say dead? I meant dead.

Morning all. Readers, gather round for the latest instalment of AMIPAL’S DETERIORATING HEALTH! It’s not that exciting. Slept really badly (lack of exercise), and when I got up this morning, my back gave as I walked across the dining room. BAM! amipal’s down! Another thing to add to the discussion with the doctor… That’s the life. You should have timed your back to go when you were halfway up a ladder.* * I mean in a sort of Terry and June way. Not in a falling off, or never coming back down way

Kane, I don't want to 'punch down' on Alex Monaco, who I respect the hell out of, but this advice seems paradoxical. If I get angry about having angry thoughts, am I not simply generating more angry thoughts to get angry about? No thanks, I think I'll just carry on getting angry with other people, or c****s as I generally like to call them.

Why is the inner “monkey” deadly afraid of feelings thermometer?
I’m not sure respect is the word I would use.

I love inspirational poetry. Not only read—but also create. I have created hundreds of positive phrases, and today, I will share the shortest! If you memorize some of them, I’m sure you will feel more positive! So choose your favorites and save.

Life is yours, dear man! You have the right to do whatever you want with it! Or maybe you have excuses? Pile them together— Throw them out the window along with the couch! Understand this is your life— Here, you have to F-I-G-H-T to achieve your dreams!

Pay attention to this: if you still keep the Teddy Bear that your beloved one gave to you 14 February 1999, and you are no longer together, these kind of ‘positive’ memories shouldn’t be beside you! Get rid of them without any consideration! You will immediately notice how easier it is to breathe. Especially, if you wipe off the dust and also wash the floor.

I agree, while in principle what was said/written has value, it is perfectly natural to get angry and express that anger. It's how you treat others and eventually rise above your rage that defines you as a person, to be a better interpretation of you is the essence of evolution as a sentient lifeform. K edit: That and you touch yourself at night.

I have to send a mental health awareness email to my team today.
Me! What can I do to help people with a mental health issue other than be the "don't do this" example?

I had to setup our company's EAP service and this involved having to arrange an hour long call with HR leads and employee reps. The entire call was just people bollocking on about their own poor mental health and how this and that helped or didn't help.
I successfully passed the project shortly afterwards.
