Asked the child if she had made her playlist yet for the drive to that England.
She grabs my old iPod touch that she uses and of course there is a passcode on it.
When she put the passcode on it months ago I told her to write it down in case she forgot it. "I won't forget it. You're the one with the bad memory"
Aye? I'm not the one locked out an iPod smartarse. I am the one that's going to have to sort it though.

Mrs T has no sense of smell, so I frequently tell her she whiffs a bit just for kicks. #BadTids #BasTids, shirley?

I've been watching the live feed from the London Pride parade. It's more noisy and colourful than the cricket and they don't mind a bit of rain.

Anyone been watching the crickers? Had it on at my dad's earlier on TV. Appalling short ball buffet to the tailenders. Stuart Broad breaking the wrong kind of test match records. Shocking stuff. Back home to listen to commentary on the rain from TMS now Before the New Zealand series the beeb had a PYO for the series. I dropped Broad for two reasons - the gap between his ability and his sell-belief has been steadily widening to the point where he is entirely unreliable on appeals and he's an inspiration bowler who is rarely inspired nowadays. And he's an irresponsible cunt. As for Crawley, the selection options gave them and Pope as alternatives, otherwise he would be in the wheelbarrow...

Baked spud with cheesy beans for lunch. Proper student fare.
Ribeye steaks with fat chips and fresh green beans for tea later. Already drooling.

FFS, raining again at Edgbaston.
The ECB should do the decent thing and nuke Edgbaston, and surrounding city.

I'm at a pre-season u23 friendly. Sweet football.
Blues u23s are 5-3 up at Hednesford Town. It is no longer 5-2. I am enjoying it.
Ihave not heard of cricket.

Afternoon all.
My partner has traveled up to London today to see some old uni friends. And so childcare rests firmly in my capable hands. Good lord, I’m tired…
We’ve had fun though. A large chunk of the morning had the joy playing a made-up game on the Necromunda terrain I’d put together. He went on to build his own terrain using wooden blocks, and drew and cut out some gangers using cardboard. There’s also been some trampoline jumping. He’s still got a bit of a cough, so reticent to exercise him too hard.
Warhermitblog: went over a mate’s last night for a game of (you guessed it) Necromunda. Despite me losing both games I played, I had a ruddy good time.

Making chicken risotto ala casa cranktowers. Plenty of mushrooms in it.
Both Italian linguists and chefs would be upset by that probably.

My favourite Andy Goram moment was when he was flatfooted for Gazza's goal at Euro 96.
I have decided to sign up to Amazon Music for a while.

Have joined sisters spotty premium, does Jeff have anything better that should be listened too? Jeff premium is giving away games as normal but chucking in a few extra for Jeff day.

I did however mix a goodly quantity of Tabasco into the beans, prior to applying the cheese topping.
