My bloody UPS died... once it was capable of supporting the PC, monitor and sound system, but I gradually have had to remove bits of kit until only the PC was attached. UPS rating = 650w, PC up to 1kw. Only a matter of time.
One thing it did tell me - I don't back up anything like as often as I do, as I couldn't sign into my email account ... Now frantically doing back-ups.

We're heading into Tebay. Anyone need anything? A couple of bits of free range chicken, some veg, a bottle of hot sauce and a keg of beer. You did remember to remortgage before setting out right?

Also Cairn Lodge is run by the same people. You don't have to come in to England just to go to a decent Services. I've not been there.

HSDPA? Where's the 5G you backwards bastards.
Just had lasagne & chips. Double carb loading for the journey ahead to take on Longshanks.
Picked up a couple of cans of Salty Kiss for the no doubt tropical weather the NW of England will proffer over the next few days.

Happy Freedom day, time for the Americans to try to blow up the sky again. What a fantastic use of resources fireworks are and not a total waste of time, money and effort to entertain a bunch of overweight mush brained children.
Hi!
T'ebay is just an online market place for flat caps and whippets isn't it?
British GP was something else. Its been a great season so far.
End transmission.

Hello, I took the boy to London yesterday for some museum action, and other touristy things. It got of to a good start when he got car sick on the way up and done a huge projectile vom all over himself, the back of the seat in front of him, the floor, my arm, the handbrake, gearstick and dashboard. Had to go into Tescos with him in his puke-soaked clothes to buy a change of clothing and some cleaning products.
4 stars would recommend

That way it is not your fault.

My sister is also travelling south today. They sent a picture of my nephew in the front passenger seat as he's taller than me now at 15. The PM piped up to the child if she gets any taller and can navigate better than me then she can go in the front. So - you're saying I can be in the back snoozing with the switch?

On the way back from buying Elden Ring a chap pointed to my tshirt (an Arnie one). Said he worked with him and even produced a card which I took.
The card reads 'Donnie Max California' and he has a youtube channel and is on facebook. His card shows him with Arnie.
Can anyone beat that?

Right grumpy old sod he was. Probably said same about me. To be fair, he was 80 at the time and I was dying of cancer, so I think we can both be let off.

TVblog: watched the first two episodes of The Pentaverate last night. Very silly. I will continue.
Filmblog: then, as my internet went weird, I watched Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. A masterpiece.

Should I do a Laybones and point out I was liking the bit of Melvazord's post about being grumpy, not the bit him about being ill? Or just leave the ambiguity there?
