5am chat group, was only 5:30 get up this morning.
Hot and muggy, baby doesnβt sleep well over night but does a few hours a nine. Now to get her to sleep not on a person but in a bed.

You have to remember I am adding 2 to 3 stars to the experience because it is Resident Evil. So it might well be 5.5/5. I wouldn't watch an animated child friendly Resident Evil. Well I might, but I wouldn't admit to it. I quite like zombie slasher films anyway. I watched World War Z twice. Admittedly this was because I couldn't remember if I had seen it. I got about 75% trough it the second time before recognising a scene I had definitely seen before. In my defence I think the first time I saw it was late at night after a beer. I enjoyed Word War Z. Worth watching twice if you are pissed the first time you see it. |

I've completed a "train the trainer" course. But not a train the person who needs the actual training course.
Someone has re-imaged 57 PC's. Despite me telling them there was a problem with the image before I went on holiday. And our pc booking system is fucked and I don't have permissions to grab the server logs anymore and I'm waiting on someone to send them to me - so I can get them looked at.

Car back from MOT tomorrow. Needed new wiper blades only, which Dad had already (some years ago) left in the boot of the car. So, labour only on them. A shade over Β£50 notes.

Just hit 30c - essential chores finished. I was hoping to Siesta for a short while. But the BBQ cunt neighbours (who've built a jacuzzi overlooked by 12 houses) are obviously building summat else, because a cement mixer has started up in the ginnel twixt our houses, 2' away from my kitchen window. I'm so exhausted I probably will anyway... crankcaller - I'm an LGTB accredited trainer, but I don't think that during a long, long period running training that I used anything apart from: Tell them what they are going to learn; tell them how / what / when to do it; make them practice what they've learnt; tell them what they've just learned. The practice is the heart of it and role playing soft skills can be very effective. Apart from the structure, for 25y I blagged it. I just became very very good at blagging it. So much so that I was head hunted throughout that time. But it does require a shedload of work to blag it, as you have to learn continually... |

Spent two bastard hours fitting roof bars and a roof box to the car. Last time they went on hey were put there by the fine engineers at Halfords, never done it myself before. Bit worried it's all going to fall off, but too nervous to take it for a test drive. I'll probably wait until its full of our personal possessions and my wife and kids are in the car, eh?

I never had " Chumbles coming out of the closet" on my Box Bingo card today, but here we are. LGTB = Local Government Training Board Accreditation was via a 2 week course at Wentworth Woodhouse; the strangest course I was ever on. Stress levels were not helped by Dad dying in Italy 3 days into it. As 60% of the course participants were Social Berkers, a lot of it was spent with them trying to get me to "Let it out... Start the grieving..." Not very clever. |
