I never had " Chumbles coming out of the closet" on my Box Bingo card today, but here we are. LGTB = Local Government Training Board Accreditation was via a 2 week course at Wentworth Woodhouse; the strangest course I was ever on. Stress levels were not helped by Dad dying in Italy 3 days into it. As 60% of the course participants were Social Berkers, a lot of it was spent with them trying to get me to "Let it out... Start the grieving..." Not very clever. I just to live a short drive from there. Now it's a medium one. In my carp fishing days I considered getting a permit to fish the lakes. |

The building has more than 300 rooms, although the precise number is unclear,WTF? Can't you just count them? Perhaps even number them if it is a bit confusing. I believe large parts of it are out of bounds as it's all crumbling down. Someone found an Orangery out the back the other day though. |

I suspect that's "used to live"... dunno what it's like now, but it was mostly very basic accommodation and it took ages to get anywhere. Beautiful countryside. |

Lunchblog: Salmon & broccoli quiche & more of that pink cider. I can stop any time I want. Ganesblog: just a few more cross animals and kept half an eye on a Final Fantasy XIV Twitch stream (whenever I wasn't taking a power nap). Didn't stay until the end, but apparently the player made it all the way to Floor 150 in the Palace of the Dead challenge. As the boss had .7% of health left he needed just one more hit. Then time ran out. OTTM: as I picked up my recycling bin this morning I noticed that not only had the binmen left the paper pod next to it but they had also left behind another pod that doesn't belong to me. Anyone knows who the owner is? Edit: Nvm, this gentleman is indicating it's his.  |

Help! I need a moisturizer that is quick to absorb into the skin, eczema-friendly and non-steroidal*. All the ones that I have tried so far end up with me doing the semaphore dance to get them dry enough to not have me moisturising my pc kit as well. *Bietnovate works, but you mustn't use it for more than 4 weeks, use it sparingly and avoid using it for at least as long as the period you used it. The District Nurses screwed up my care plan in '16 - the nurse i/c left without saying it should follow that pattern and it was 3 months before a horrified replacement was appointed - and my already vulnerable skin thinned out on my feet to a single layer. |
