I personally love Microsoft and all its affordable products, and any posts you find of mine bad mouthing them prior to my Covid vaccination should be ignored.

Lunch: flatbread with chili Philly & cherry toms.
Update on the local weather conditions described by Sheep: much more pleasant now, there's a light breeze, the house has cooled down and I actually had to put clothes on.
Ganes: minimal crossing of animals.

I don't think you can actually hate Microsoft. Its like hating Nitrogen. There isn't much point. Its still going to be 78% of everything. Plus you know Bill developed Excel, which we all love. I assume that is sarcastic - Doug Klunder was its lead developer. "For Doug Klunder, the mission 25 years ago wasnβt so grandiose. As lead developer of Excel, he was handed the job of vaulting Microsoftβthen known best for MS-DOS, the operating system in IBMβs PCsβto the forefront in business applications. βWe decided it was time to do a new, better spreadsheet,β recalls Klunder, now 50, who joined Microsoft straight out of MIT in 1981 (part of the interview process included lunch with Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer at a Shakeyβs pizza parlor)."

I hurt. A lot... Trying to sleep through the worst of it. From imgur "Ozymandias will never be my best or most popular cosplay but it sure as hell makes ME happy"

But yes it was something of a joke. Also if Klunder is 50 he graduated from MIT at 10, which is impressive.

The article was written in 2010 so he would have been early 20's.

So Bors signs off with "Hasta la vista, baby" as accusations emerge of Arnie farting on an actresses face before running off.
Seems particularly apt.

At least it wasn't "I'll be back!" Or "I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle".

Evening
Lows 20s in the house now. Sweet relief.
But now I'm at a loose end. I need the media to tell me to be frightened of something else now. Come on guys, hurry up, I need to know what WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE from next week.
ALIEN INVASION! VOLCANO! BEER SHORTAGE - MILLIONS WILL DIE!

I'm watching "John Carpenter's * Ghosts Of Mars" on Legend. Fair to say it has mixed reviews though I've never watched it before.
* Is there another?

England lionesses threw to the semis. Good match against Spain. They dominated possession for key periods but England played the direct ball well.
I'm sure Scotland are progressing well too.
