I survived - flying ants or not, whichever nurse gets to do my legs needs to be able to survive their ministrations on me, so I am taking the risk of opening the front door and latching it so it appears closed to the casual view and the French* windows open to create a through air stream. Morning snowflakes.
Downloaded last nights discussed cat game. Too busy being a samurai though to get involved yet.
Last night I played a bit of Ghost of Tsushima then we watched a couple episodes of Loot. One Rum mule.
Some cool new stabby combos and a flying kick in G.O.T. - a bit like the kick in AC Odyssey. Thanks Gong(?) For the tip about the violet flowers. Found the shrine squeezed behind the rocks. Still on the armour hunt - got sidetracked freeing a village and battering a big lad. Need some wax wood for my bow upgrade.
The 15min part of the electrical injury(is that the proper term Shenguin you cunt?) story was relayed to us by a neighbour and I was sceptical- did she start a timer before gardening?
On the trains. Scotrail are back to their usual timetable so I can leave 20 mins later which is a blessing tbh. Hoping my line manager isn't in as I could do with a quiet morning.

Killed Godrick through being over levelled and hanging back whilst a summons and a jellyfish did the work.
It's addictive at points but the game is all about getting killed. You think you are tough with a newly upgraded weapon and get one-shotted. New region? More things to kill me. Yes, it's souls etc....
Still at least there are random NPCs to have some chat with rather than them doling out lines nicked from 6th form poetry competitions...oh hang on.

I've had to close the front door - loud clatter earlier as the walking stick that was ajar finally gave up holding the door apparently 'shut'. I don't mind taking a minor risk, but a wide open door provides a major invitation to some passing hophead to do me over. And that's only too possible around here.
