Afternoon all. I’m looking after two children at the moment: my son and his friend. The latter’s mum has gone home for a rest/to tidy the house. I could really do with a rest. This morning I helped the boy with a new puzzle. My dad then popped over to give his grandson his birthday presents. After that, the boy built the Jurassic World Lego that he bought at Legoland yesterday. He did surprisingly well on his own, aside from building the jeep’s body backwards on the base. TVblog: just some Seinfeld. I then put a DVD in the PS3 and watched… Filmblog: …Hot Shots Part Deux! So good, so silly. Topper: “President Benson…” Benson: “No you’re not. I’ve seen him on TV - he’s an older man, about my height.” imgur.com/gallery/aOuih

Evening all!
My estimated wait time is about 45 years I'd reckon. Then sweet release.
Taiwan - wonderful country. Went there on holiday once and in the hotel one evening I perused the provided list of channel numbers before flicking over to well known Japanese cable channel NHK, expecting to see the news or something. Hardcore pornography came on. Top banana.
Games - Terry is too moribund for games. Been sleeping off not sleeping off for the past few days.
Work - been very productive this afternoon, closing some of my long open browser tabs. Having a real good clean out. I estimate this will boost my productivity by at least 10%, once I've finished.

Life is queue I am queue Queue is all There is nothing else The queue-time estimates on the Legoland app is surprisingly accurate. just downloaded it. Apparently my current queue is only half an hour, which is bollocks as I've already been here at least one whole lifetime

4 years, although the scope for earlier termination of my mortal contract is quite significant.

I'm thinking of buying an extra hosepipe so that I can clean my original hosepipe at the same time as watering the garden and fill the paddling pool. Maybe buy a third hosepipe for the front of the house to use on weary passers by or overheated animals.

Hello fellow 'boxers.
Last night Mrs D and I went to an Italian Restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Mrs D had some chicken dish. i ordered the Quattro Stagioni pizza. It came with an abundance of toppings in four segments as expected. Artichokes, ham, anchovies and salami. So far so good. The internet tells me artichokes represent spring and ham apparently represents winter. But beyond that I am lost. Which specific seasons do anchovies and salami represent? And was I supposed to eat it in seasonal order? Or alphabetically by ingredient? Or just dig in?
I chose the last option but am not sure that was right. I may have offended our Italian hosts. Nonetheless it was good, if salty, eating. I drank too much.
This afternoon we took a train to Epsom, briefly wandered through Epsom Common and ended up sitting outside the Wetherspoons on the High Street. I had two pints of beer. I also watched some of the one day Roses match on my phone and again on the train on the way home.
What a time to be alive.
Except Yorkshire are losing...

93 year old one legged man in a wheelchair tazered by police. FFS what were they thinking. A water cannon would have been much more efficient.

Apple TV I unsubscribed and djsliked for less content the end of my free trial.
In 6 months watched Foundation, some Attenborough thing about dinosaurs, The Tragedy of Macbeth and 1.5 episodes of For All Mankind.
The Tragedy of Macbeth was pretty good. The Dino thing was gk. Foundation was disappointing FAMK was wank.
There is not enough on there I would watch to justify a paid subscription. There are a lot of worthy but incredibly dull looking series that it isn't quite clear to me why they were made. I'd include For All Mankind and Foundation in that.
The free trial for anyone with a PS5 is a decent offer.
Four stars, did not subscribe for more content.

I have unsuccessfully attempted to increase my electricity direct debit. Apparently the helpful energy specialists are only there 9-5. I'm happy to speak to a surly arsehole, but none of them are there either.
I'd do it online, but I can't. I went the the registration process, but no email has turned up. It's annoying as I want to give them money.
