Ugh. The wireless ear things that actually stick inside your ear? Don't get them, I find them really uncomfortable.
A 7y-o who isn't mine has a pair of wired Sennheiser cans with excellent audio quality. <sniffle>

What is an audio streamer? A hardware device that streams from a service such as Spotify/tidal and also will stream from a network share, NAS, media server. Sonos speakers are audio streamers. But you also get ones that look like cd players that plug in an amp. Or have a built in amplifier E.g. www.cambridgeaudio.com/gbr/en/products/hi-fi/cx-series-2/cxn

I went out and bought some new collarless shirts today. I feel drawn to the look but I don’t know if I should be …
In my mind I’m seeing Herman Hesse but maybe it’s actually more Heinrich Himmler.

'Football people' are always saying 'to be fair' when they clearly mean 'to be honest'. I find it quite aggravating tbf.

They're great. Call them Nehru* collars and you will sound culturally enlightened. Proper linen collarless shirts last decades. Fold-down collars wear out at the back of the neck, even with pure linen, after 15 - 20 years or so. *Probably better than any likely alternative. Understood the advantages of making trouble now to save trouble later. Definitely better than Himmler.

You are both at that age.

I did delete my post. I’m a real blabbermouth but probably shouldn’t blab about people at work even when they’re not named.
If anyone wants to meet me at the north-west corner of London’s Russell Square tomorrow at 12.05. I can really spill my guts.

Millions of people in England and Wales are living in areas where police have received no specialist training in domestic violence. link
Probably for the best.

Afternoon all.
Had a family get together this afternoon for the boy’s birthday. A beige tea, followed by chocolate cake - lovey stuff.
Canblog: I have wired Sennheiser HD280s. Owned them for over ten years, and all still functioning perfectly. Only thing I’ve had to replace are the ears pads.

I've got some older ones that need *cough* soldering. I can not be fucked to do this atm.

Evening all.
So as I may have mentioned, pup-snout lump op was deferred a couple of days ago. Having been quoted £1000 plus, with likely complications, the surgeon doing the op suggested we wait a while.
This afternoon… The lump…
Fell off by itself…….
Happy days!
I have kept the fallen lump in a zippy bag just in case the vets should want to look at it later….. In The meantime if I get a tug by the local rozzers it should give the DS something new to try and analyze.

I've got two pairs of sennheisers. I also own a pair of HD420s. They don't need soldered, and a pair of DJ model ones. Not the HD25s a cheaper one.
I have a pair of bose noise cancelling Bluetooth ones, a gaming set and about 650 pairs of wired and wireless earbuds kicking about.
What's that? Yeah I am going deaf, yeah. Dunno why.

Just wanted to clarify that with the Southside Massive.

I have some Turtle Beach headphones. I also have some Sony headphones which have a long 1980s style phone cable.
A few weeks ago I got some cheekphones. That’s all I can call them. The idea is that they rest on the cheekbones and play the music that way. This was for running really, because I don’t like having things in my ears. And headphones are too big …
I think I’ve run with them once …
