I think two days in the hot sun doing gardening have broken me. I'm burnt. And now very drunk after 3 beers. Like nodding head drunk. Oh well, I needed the exercise is an understatement. Now to watch Rocky 2 (just starting on ITV4 +1).

Headphones. I have the Pulse 3D PS5 headset for, well, playing PS5. And just use my phones (Sony) free earplugs for work calls hooked up to the laptop, or listening to music on my phone whilst working.
Riveting, Tuffers.

I've got two pairs of sennheisers. I also own a pair of HD420s. They don't need soldered, and a pair of DJ model ones. Not the HD25s a cheaper one. I have a pair of bose noise cancelling Bluetooth ones, a gaming set and about 650 pairs of wired and wireless earbuds kicking about. What's that? Yeah I am going deaf, yeah. Dunno why. I have Turtle Beach, one set of stealth gen2 700X for the Xbox and one set of 600X gen2 max for the Pc. The Pc ones can also work on the Xbox. I'm about to use them on the Pc. Into the black, the endless black - no sound, No one will here them scream! K

I wear mine like a bandana around the top of my forehead with the ear pieces just covering the top of my ears, volume up, hope this helps.

I've never liked big headphones. I find them sweaty and uncomfortable.
I much prefer speakers. For personal listening I tape a pair of B&W 803s to my head. I tried the 802s but they won't sit comfortably on my shoulders.
I have a couple of pairs of earbuds. Nothing massively expensive. I don't use them much at all. I do like the way they block external noise and the lightness. I found they were weird the first time you use them, but easy to get used to. Mostly I use the ones that come free with phones to listen to youtube at work.

Dirty fuckin pleb with no ear or taste in music.
When I go out for a jog, I use duct tape to attach all the members of CBSO to my ears, and then I velcro Simon Rattle to my back. Anything less than this and you might as well just cut your ears off with a pneumatic drill for all the good quality music you'll hear.

Don't take offence. Clearly I'm joking; I've never been out for a jog in my life.

I've always found that earbuds are very cheap (and the sound suppression is not too bad either) especially when you buy the plastic container multipack types, you can never run out of them (as any good pharmacist will tell you, or pound shop)! Although they can be a problem when you where a woolly hat..
