Having a conversation via what's app with my sister about laptops. It's a reprise of one from two years ago when I told her not to buy a cheap thing from Currys with 4GB ram and slow, small MMC memory. Buy {linked} refurb instead. *Sigh*
Offering a lend of one till I can turn the pos they have into a Chromebook which might actually run ok. My nephew needs for schoolwork. Schoolwork seems to involve installing Roblox and then attempting various freebies from epic store that will never run.

But he needs telt. The laptop is for schoolwork only. He already has an Xbox one s, a PS4, a switch.
Instead of blowing money on stupidly priced Lego kits and assorted other stuff he needs to save for a gaming laptop if that's what he wants.
Easy when it's not your child.
