Last 4h on my feet doing chores. I'm up to E11 of ST: Discovery... I'm rationing myself, but still slipped up and watched two linked episodes: 9&10... Phillipa Georgiou's swansong? I hope not - Michelle Yeoh, Captain / Empress, absolute bad ass bitch is the stand out character. Because you are never, ever, quite what you seem... I also watched some more Mentalist just finished S3 and NCIS up to Season 4:4... Video Janes: Alpha Centauri, AoW3, NP2 (just gave my loyal ally a game - I couldn't play optimally; I've already reached 100v so why not be nice) and Diplomacy... Watching two or three LP's of Solasta and Baldur's Gate III while mumbling my food. Speaking of which time for food. Annoyed that there is no cricket to listen to (I don't count the humdread), but I can listen to Pandora's Star by: Peter F. Hamilton... book 1 of the Commonwealth Saga - as it's 35h long it's genuinely epic. It was either going to be awful and/or slow. It's neither, being full of action and immense scope. The author also drops in a few tropes that give me a smile from time to time. He's blessedly subtle about it). |

Seems like being stung by wasps a few times earlier in the year will sensitise you, now have a swollen arm which is red all over, minor injuries this afternoon after scaring the pharmacist when they looked at it.
