Cranks sweet box needs a re-up and I dont get paid for a fortnight. IPA the next two weekends then.
The chap who sources them uses them for knee pain in conjunction with combustible herbal remedies.

I thank you all for your input, looks like I'm sticking with my current meds for now but I will keep a weather eye open. Kane Have you thought of trying crank's sweat box? Not sure on the pain relief but otherwise could be distracting. I'm sure it is distracting. |

Last night I listened to an audio narration of I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison. I didn't know much about it going in, apart from it was highly regarded. I've not been able to get it out of my head since. Darker than a dark thing left to marinade in dark sauce, during dark season
4 stars would recommend

One unexpected benefit I've found since using a dehumidifier is how well the salt grinder works. Nice loose individual grains (crystals?) of salt rather than a sticky lump refusing to be be ground.
