Morning,
Last night I had a dream that I had my own 747 and was flying over the Himalyas, ran low on fuel and had to stop at an airport for fuel. Parked outside the airport gate and had to push my plane in (it had shrunk to the size of a shopping trolley), then there were 'officials' asking what I wanted and I realised I had no idea how to refuel a 747. Awkward.
Games: I'm thinking about buying COD, I havent played one for years and think it might give me at least 10 hours entertainment before I sack it in and give up.

Games: None. Instead of Fortnite last night, I instead chose to be part of an ill-tempered drunken conversation between Mammal Who Tolerates Me, her sister and me. One of us flounced out in an unjustified huff. It wasn't me.
OTTM: None.
Dreams: Last week a large ibex with razor-sharp horns attacked me and people known to me in the Iberian mountains. I had to strangle it until it collapsed, but it was still alive so I stamped on its head until its skull caved in. It was quite gruesome. I suppose what I'm saying is, in my dreams I would know how to refuel my 747.

Also started that Peaky Special Army Soldiers thing. Seems pretty good, though (as commented elsewhere), the scriptwriters don’t know that it’s “hanged” and not “hung”. Maybe the script writers know the difference, but they are writing for characters who don't? Your face doesn’t know the difference. I’d wager that someone living through the nineteen forties would know the proper parlance around a common mode of execution. |

As Keith mentioned one of the top features is hearing people who have left their mic on having random domestic conversations. I think it has become more common now that the PS5 automatically turns on the home surveillance device on the controller by default without telling you. I've been on the Harvestrella demo because I couldn't sleep, one of the six trillion farming simulation games coming to switch this week. It was terrible. tenth would be proud. Serious lack of vim in the terrysphere today, even though I've had some serious vitamins in me. |

Went into Brighton at lunch for an eye test. Turns out they’re both still there*.
Apparently my prescription hasn’t changed by much; which is a surprise, considering how much close-up painting work I’ve been doing over the last eighteen month.
Either way, I’ve ordered some new specs. And grabbed lunch in Itsu. Boom.

Morning. Been busy.
2 days in that there Bristol for 'work' purposes.
5.30 start and 300 mile drive to put me in a good mood.
What did i forget to do? Bloody Wordle! My 180 streak undone by work-related amnesia.
Bollocks. Then a 300 mile drive back to stew on the matter.
Left the house this morning to a pie-dish in the chops. Not a belated Halloweenie, but neighbours bin had blown over, so my parking area resembled that bit of Poltergeist where they open the kids room and everything is in some vortex.
McD and vodka for tea probably.
