The last two sheep posts flowed together. I thought sheep was saying, get up, 10% shower beer in 10 minutes before heading off to work.
That would be the dream?
Fireworks out last night, seems since Diwali there have been some going off every night here. Oh well that must be it for now?

Moaning No rain here. Last night I spotted that Apollo Creed Odyssey was available was on the PS+ Cool Guy package so I downloaded it as I haven't played it before. The 300 style scrap at the beginning was jolly good fun. I then spent an hour or so tearing around Kefalonia investigating, but mostly looting. 4* would recommend. I'm glad you're enjoying it, it's still the only game on PS4 I ever platinum-ed, lots of hours in that world. Immediately booked a holiday to Greece after finishing, and also invested in some muscle oil for my pecs. I don't look any better, but crumbs do just slide straight off my tits now I'd give you some handy hints for starting out, but if your looting game is strong then that's basically it. Keep spamming the revelation ability (I think it's called sight of athena) to find everything in every location. I went for quite a tanky build with good armour, but fought with daggers to get up close and personal lightning fast, so they could really look me in the eye before tasting my steel. Fuck those guys. |

Fireworks out last night, seems since Diwali there have been some going off every night here. Oh well that must be it for now? I do not drink 10% beer before or during or (usually) after work. I happen to have bought some from a monk while on holiday in Belgium. It is supposed to be the best beer in the world. I do not know if I agree with that. It is nice, but not fully compatible wth getting up at a reasonable time. I only had one 330ml bottle. But that is equivalent to 2 pints of 4% beer. Which is why necking it in 2 minutes is not to be plan A. I think, if thirsty, with care and planning I could drink 4 bottles in less than half an hour. Maybe more bottles. The results would not necessarily be pretty. At best I'd be steaming drunk for a short period. |

Just start with three words containing 15 different common letters, preferably including all 5 vowels and y, and with luck you'll be able to guess all 4 in 7, and almost certainly in 9. Orate Dying Clubs work sufficiently well as the three starting words, but aren't my current choice. I think the answers each day are created randomly from a larger list of Words than Wordle's curated answer list, so there's more chance of unusual words being the answer. Morning Everyone! I am Working From Bed. I have to actually go out later, which is annoying. I think the SAS shower too slowly. Wimps. |

I'm an *ok* cook. I can follow recipes and can adjust ingredients depending on amounts, what's in the cupboard, that sort of thing.
My nemesis is French Toast. The first batch is usually crap and the second batch the fluffy thing you're after.
Not sure if it's the temperature of the pan, the amount of time to have the bread soaking in the mixture etc etc. Anyway. Just had french toast with beans on for lunch.
Wasn't the best as only one batch - but better than usual.
Rich and compelling I realise.

Running the numbers it was about 30 minutes from arising to leaving the house this morning. About 20 total getting showered and then dry and dressed, plus a touch of lynx Africa and some moisturiser. Then 5 cleaning the teeth, 5 to get laptop in the bag and the shoes on, coat on, and out. I'm not sure how you could do that any quicker to be honest.

I call that an exclusion play. On today's first word I had hits in all quarters, but no clear idea what any of the words might be. Hence being lucky bottom right. I used use NEGUS and RADIO, as that uses all the vowels and fairly common consonants, but S isn't such a favourite as the NYT eschews plurals so S on tile 5 is a wasted play. Hmmm. Maybe should give SITER and BAYOU a try! |
