It's all just the usual modern times bollocks anyway. I respect anyone who feels strongly enough about this world cup to not watch it, endorse it etc. Same as anyone who wants to go/watch and who doesn't tell others how to think or behave, you go and have fun, none of my business. Anyone who watched a world cup match since Qatar was awarded the world cup in 2010 is supporting THIS world cup, ie FIFA. And although IH was spot on, delicately, not enough to upset anyone, his employer the BBC will be showing nearly every match live, with old Saint jug ears at the helm. Just like they showed every event at the Beijing Olympics, just like most of the Guardian staff went to either Oxford or Cambridge, just like, just like, etc etc zzzzz fucking bore off you sanctimonious, money driven, cunts.
Resign from your job, cancel your TV licence, have a more diverse background of staff, don't fly to go on holiday to help save the planet, etc. Just stop telling plebs what to do/think from no position of respect.
At least the youngsters who are blocking roads, actively protesting, making a nuisance of themselves for a cause, are doing it from their passion/beliefs and not a vested interest like money, clicks, job prospects.
