I went to a zoo yesterday. I saw a lion, a jaguar, a porcupine, turtles. I saw quite a lot of animals really.
After the zoo we stopped at a bar / pub and ate some cheese and drank some delicious glasses of beer, which was when I typed ‘Een voor de sloot’, meaning ‘one for the ditch’. The pm’s dad used to say it before getting a last drink, as a play on saying ‘one for the road.’ But there was no need for me to type that here.
After the bar we went to another bar and had another drink, then I bought a pre-rolled jazz cigarette. Then I went back to the hotel - and lay on the bed where my mind raced with thoughts like ‘Why did you type “Een voor de sloot” on the Guardian Gamesblog Chatterbox 2.0?’ Unsettling.

Nippy out and also cold in the soft play. Not sure it should have water dripping in to it or pooling under the slide. Starting to get busy here with a lot more people. If only there was beer as well as coffee.
