@felice I remember visiting my GP because I had chest pains after some vigorous walking. WALKING.
Anyway, he decided that I’d pulled a chest muscle, and dissuaded me from any further hill-walking. I hadn’t said anything about hill-walking, and the doctor had seemingly made up in his own mind that this was show my affliction had occurred. Most odd.

Thanks Chumbles, I've just checked and a CT Scan is not the same as MRI, radiation verses magnetic, so I can safely* take my gun to the appointment. The accompanying pamphlet assures me that radiation is safe. * I couldn't spell this, had to look it up.

Well if your GP is at the top of a hill what do you expect? <edit>Also I assume the Chest Pins went away, so no harm no foul.

Don't think about it, just do what you need. to do. Drive straight to Tebay, hang a sign round your neck that reads "Shenguin", get out of the car, and keep screaming "I'm coming for you Rolling you cunt, come fight me you mother-fucker". And don't forget to bring some artisan bread for the ducks.

Morning A quiet day here in Tuffers Towers. Had a lie in. Made a bacon sandwich for brunch. Went for a walk in the woods. Saw a Buzzard. A white knuckle ride of a day. OTTM, Tomorrow the PM and younglings are catching the train to the seaside for a couple of days (one night in a hotel). I'm torn between an afternoon in the pub and a takeaway, or sit in my pants watching sport/playing games and a takeaway. Hope you're all well. Find a pub that has sports on the telly and shit in your pants enjoying a pint Words to live by.

Ambo are good with sudden death, lees good with anything needing them to assess the living. Cat3 for possible spinal injury after an RTC, had to point out fire and police on scene and could they hurry up? As he had driven into a power pole so hard it had snapped in two and would fall on him when the car was moved Still cat 3 and 2 hours.
I'm not sure asking if a trapped male crushed by a utility pole would be a higher grade was appreciated.

The rest of the family are infected with mega- flu, but I seem to have resisted so far. You know what? Maybe I'm just so tough I power through without making a fuss.

Afternoon all! Meant to say, had a fantastic lunch yesterday. Ate at O’Shio, a Japanese/Korean restaurant in Brighton. One which I think I I’ve waxed lyrically about before on these hallowed pages. Sushi, gyoza, tteokbokki, tempura, miso… it was all, ALL good. All the stars, and any more you have to spare. I like Oshio a lot! (I’ve only been there once). It was delicious. We went to a place called Pompoko today. Also delicious. I had a food I’d never heard of before - yubamaki. A phenomenon (kiss bunched fingers).

So... I was playing Deadspace earlier when an alarm went off, "10 Kiloton weight in the food storage area". It was then, that I knew, that Kane had boarded the USG Ishimura.

Let's hear it for Larry: longer in Number 10 than many renowned Prime Ministers having done no damage to the economy and performed a useful function. It's just a shame he didn't have a secondary role of eating useless Tories.

hi
I had a nice day yesterday. It was the kind of day that happens but once a year. It was the 18th of February.
We went bowling. We ate a meal in a Japanese cafe. Then we went to a pub to watch Liverpool play Newcastle. We left the pub because they had a screen with an enormous Jeff Stelling dominating the room. The second pub was better but I got a headache and acid-stomach and began to feel misanthropic towards the other clientelle. It’s a sickness.
We went home and ate pizzas, then watched some films.
All in all it was ok. The pain of it being the 18th of February was relieved
