Welp, it is now officially snowing hard here, like it's making up for lost time.
The house over the road recently had 16 solar panels put on their roof, and they are already covered.... i'm imagining him sitting there cursing as he has to switch back to proper mains leccy, as his appliances dim like he's descending into some oceanic depths. There is also the prospect of the whole lot sliding off, avalanche stylee, in one huge slab, and removing his new guttering in the process.
Still snowing. Although lighter now. Easily a foot deep in places. And one of the gutters is hanging off due the the weight put on it.
Games, took about 3 hours and a billion attempts just to get 'Gold' times on the first four challenges on GT7's National A Licence. It's well hard innit bruv.
OTTM, I need to go out into the frozen wastelands at some point. A takeaway was on the menu for tonight but that's not happening due to the new Ice Age.

There's a certain amount of glee in this post.
'Cause, darling, I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream
There is a chill in the air, but no snow here on the Sussex coast. The wind keens, mind.
gongfarmer Iβd like some solar panels. We have quite a large roof, a nice area to cover with photovoltaic cells. And it was harvest sunlight from dawn til dusk. Might mean Iβd have to change my car charger for something that mixes mains and solar though, otherwise itβll be granny-charger into the car - and that ainβt ideal.
TVblog: DS9. Worf is interested in a Klingon woman, but then finds out sheβs Quarkβs ex-wife. Dax eventually turns his eye.
Was it you who mentioned Under the Skin the other day? I have not seen the film but I have read the book. It shit me right up, so I have no interest in grimacing through the film version.Β Also, the book was set in and around Aviemore and the A9 was a major part of the story. As a huge fan of the A9, moving the action to Glasgow and making other A roads central to the story is, imo, unacceptable.
It was me. I was only vaguely aware of the book, but the Wikipedia page makes it sound good.
The film was good, though some of the nudity made me uncomfortable. There was a lot of it. 4 stars, I liked and subscribed for more.
I think the basic issue with the A-roads is that the A9 is inferior to the A82, and you're A-wrongun.
OTTDM: Had a shave yesterday, new blade, cut myself on the cheek. No idea why, I do not have hairy cheeks. I expect the imminent arrival of Sherlock Bones to solve the case.
