I had the chickenpox in primary school and whilst off school Ill I filled in a competition in the Sunday Mail. You had to pair up sets of eyes from TV. Bodie & Doyle, JR & Sue Ellen. That sort of thing. My dad filled in his details and sent it off. We won a Mini Metro. The week they were released in the UK. Never saw a fucking penny*. So basically muffrat you're doing well by your kid. Top result though. Heading home. Absolutely chucking it down. *Yes yes, they fed me and kept me.in clothes etc for 18 yrs. I wasn't criticising muffrat parenting, just surprised, like you, that children could do that sort of thing. I was brought up well and my parents gave me as good a childhood they could, there were a few bumps but that's life. So at 18 did you walk out of the door with a rucksack and never looked back? |

£200 for a PS5? You’ve properly stitched them up for a kipper there, what a deal. Do they have any PSVR2 s in? I’ll take one for a fiver.

I left home about age 19 apart from a couple of 6 months where I moved home.
Through bad habits, not bitter at the car win.

She's getting a big 50" tv as well, and she's having the ps4 too. She wasn't that arsed about that til she realised it comes with the PSVR, which she loves. Also this way the PS5 stays in the house so she can still have a crack if she ever feels the urge. It's my youngest who's shaping up to be a gamer tbh. And yep I think I'll give demon's souls a go, never played a souls game before. I'm sure getting fucked over by massive eldritch beasties will be a lot more fun in 4k on a big new telly |

(Demons souls is £19.99 on disc for asda reward card holders according to an email they sent me today - I'd buy it tomorrow when I do the mid-month shop, except I don't know if the PS5 we're getting is a disc or digital one)

Demon's Souls is worth the cost of the PS5 alone.
I really should do NG+ one day. My Temple Knight was around level 85/90 when I eventually beat the last boss. I nearly gave up after about 20 hours and a billion defeats to the Tower Knight (2nd boss). Then I did and the whole game opened up into a masterpiece.
Muffers - get it bought and regale us with your daily progress updates. And if you get stuck then Sheep2 is the biggest Demon's nerd in England. Biggest overall nerd too. He gave me some good pointers.
