Had a gander at Logic Pro for iPads last night. Seems very good. £50 a year to add to the collection of iPad music software I don't use. Bargain! A month's demo free.

Morning all
Been radio silent for a while - my dad died on the 16th, and between then and now I've had to get a new phone, spend two nights in Bruges, deal with Norovirus sweeping through the house, and a bunch of funeral stuff.
We weren't close, me and my dad, and he wasn't a very nice person, but it's been an emotional old time the past 10 days or so. He had a big, life altering stroke earlier this year and hadn't adjusted well to the amount of extra care and in-patient treatment he was needing, so him passing away peacefully and unexpectedly in his own bed at home would have been what he wanted I reckon.
Hope you're all ok? I'll catch up on what's been going on on the board later when I've got the car MOT'd

Sorry to read that muffratI hadn't spoken to my dad for 30yrs when he died - but it's still yer da and emotions are involved. Hope you manage through it ok. Norovirus as well, what a pleasure that is in a household. |

Home made leek and tater soup for lunch
Empty house tonight, so I'm clearing the decks of errands and distractions so I can get hammered, catch up on Ted Lasso and play Tears of the Kingdom. My supper from the Tandoori house is pre-booked (tandoori lamb chops, chicken tikka biryani with vindaloo sauce) and I'm picking up some beers when I collect the car.
