Thanks to a twat named kusomak, I'm on track to get myself back in pre-mod at The Other Place. It'll be worth it though. Oh my. What a complete and utter cock. I take it your removed post told him where to insert his emend. Not really. I mentioned that the use of a space after a full stop and a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence was customary and served to make writing easier to read. I then called him a sanctimonious pedant or something. I can't actually remember. In hindsight, perhaps I should have gone with " Emend THIS". So simple. So moving. |
