Having navigated my way through a hangover and a kids party this morning, my plan was to spend the rest of the day on the sofa, with the blinds down, doing very little. Turns out there's a sort of live music event thing in a field about 500 yards from my flat though, so I've spent most of the afternoon in the sun drinking beer

Our (VM) wifi has been playing up for the past few days, regularly losing internet access, sometimes every few minutes. Rebooting the hub hasn't helped.
Accordig to VM there are no issues in the area. Tonight we also experienced annoying buffering on apps on our (wired) smart tv.
When the wifi is working the VM app reports the hub speed as 135mbps or so. Independent speed checkers report it as 25-35. Hmmm.
Tried to report the problem to VM tonight but all their centres are closed and saying I should call back during office hours. FFS.

Our cable TV is a pixellated mess on many channels too. Including basic free to air channels like BBC and C4. Again, a box reboot makes no difference.
