Looks like Birmingham council is bankrupt. Why don't Scotland have this problem? How are their councils funded? Birmingham council are incompetent arseholes. One reason they are in trouble is thay have a £750m bill for discriminatory working practices. They have known about this for 20 years. But they have not set aside money for it. Instrad the Tory council decided to fight it. Even though they were told they would lose. The Labour council is no better. They caused the issue originally. And while not as obnoxious about it as the Tories they haven't dealt with it at all. |

It is horrible sexism, not racism.
The council put people on same levels, but ruled only some jobs got bonuses. All of these turned out to employ men. So caretakers, but not cleaners etc.

Glasgow aren't much better.
"Scotland's largest council agreed last year to pay around £770m to settle the equal pay claims. The local authority will pay around 19,000 former and current workers, covering a “gap period” between an initial agreement in 2018 and the implementation of a new pay and grading system"

Morning
Back to school tomorrow. The gloom in the house is palpable. To ease the tension we all went out for lunch to a Japanese/sushi restaurant. Foreign muck. As I am not a dolphin I didn't eat any raw fish. I had ALL the gyōza and some Teriyaki beef. Not sure if gyōza are technically Japanese but it was delicious. 4*
OTTM, hot out.

My laptop Graphics card is a 1660ti 6GB ram.
My CPU is an i5 5400.
16GB system ram, M.2 drive.
Probably not enough grunt to run it.
The first bit was a popular Russian repack site who have it available to "try"

Starfield appears fine if you want to shoot stuff in space and nick/deliver cargo, Star citizen is fine if you want to spend money IRL/in game deliver cargo (and shoot stuff), Elite dangerous Horizons (console without updates) is fine for flying around in a full scaled version of the galaxy, haul cargo or data or go off and explore (and shoot stuff),. Elite dangerous Horizons plus Odyssey (Pc - with updates) is fine for flying around in a full scaled version of the galaxy, haul cargo or data or go off and explore (and shoot stuff) and land go out on foot with all of the above.
