I'm pleased to see that the Google doodle is honouring zoologist and filmmaker Heinz Sielmann. Not enough people know about him.
No time for games last night. Instead a discussion on the impact of the US constitutional first amendment on social media apropos horribly racist tweets. Hell of an evening.
Postponed family visit happening tomorrow. I've got strawberries and ice cream at the ready.

Slightly hungover. Drank more than intended due to not many folk having red wine and me not liking waste.
On the train of shame home to Glasgow. Really need a shower, coffee, food. This train has none of those things. Send help. It's hot so the train windows being opened helps. Everyone.

Pizza, malbec and a few episodes of Gotham were what happened last night.
I'm not sure if it was the red wine, the pizza, the muggy weather, (Gotham?) or a combination of these but my god was it a slog trying to run today.
I'd warn against any of you going, but I know better.

The heat and a hangover are not a fun way to start the weekend. Cider and stout should not be alternated, hopefully it will be cooler in the evenings now after thunder last week not really materialising.

My planned relaxing day in front on the TV watching cricket has been scuppered by the rain. I'm instead having a relaxing day in front of the TV playing Rise of the Tomb Raider. The mission can wait, I'm all about the relics, tombs and murals.
