I have a piercing as well. When I say a piecing I had my ear pierced by a merchant seaman friend many years ago. Done using a sail makers kneedle.

So yes tattoos are an alternative to litereracy and for people from Portsmouth (who are aliterate). Illiterate. * * unless you really do mean unwilling to read, though able to do so.

Kane's got a lot of tats, he must be destroyed. Samurai on my back and a cobra surrounded by an incense burner and smoke on my arm, oh and 'half' a shield on my hand. These days they are way too expensive and is generally something you save for a while for and be absolutely sure of the design (and the tattooist).

I'm listening to Billy Joel and have no tattoos, that must mean something.

Without literacy. Not just unable to read, but without the concept of literacy.. They are yet to discover code of laws and writing.

I'm at a hotel. Full on shit with the door open as soon as I arrived.
Should probably have checked in and gone to my room first.

I notice the red weather warning stops about 20 yards North of Rolling Escargot..
I am hoping this means he can live blog the new Tay River Rail disaster.

I had fajitas. Used the rest of the cream from yesterday. A proper messy dinner. I couldn't be happier. I could be cleaner.

The PMs mum makes dinner on a Thursday. I'll get it when home. It won't be Fajitas. But I could really SMASH a pile of fajitas right now. Drool

Spent a grim afternoon delving through a dead man’s belongings…. Did we find a will? No. Did we find a TV licence from 1968… yes.
Utilising the power of google and ringing every solicitor in an ever increasing circle from his house, we eventually found the one that holds a copy of the missing will. TFFT.

When I get round to writing a will I'm going to make sure it's well hidden. Why should those benefiting from my death get an easy ride?

It should be contradictory as well. Leave the same stuff to both your first and second ex-wives. Set the kids against each other. Alsoleave stuff to people you haven't seen for 40 years.
My aunt (not a direct relative. My mum's brother's wife) died intestate, with no direct descendants. The solicitor traced more than 100 blood relatives. A couple of years later the money had not been distributed. That's good work.

Alsoleave stuff to people you haven't seen for 40 years. I'm thinking of doing that. Leave someone something really random, or like a weirdly specific amount of money, along with a note saying "you know why" Really fuck with their head

Evening all!
It is dark and wet out. Probably not as worryingly-wet as Scotland is dealing with, but still pretty manky. At least the wind is calm.
I have just returned from a trip to the filling station. Apparently, people take their vehicles to this place to pump mashed-up dinosaurs into them. Bit odd. I was there to pump air into my tyres for tomorrow’s Big Trip. Pressures now approach what they should be, rather than dangerously-under.
